Guess it is for the better because it's the basic PSO formula.

  • Its better to not be an Open world to meseta pso2 be honest, recall how Maplestory good maps were hogged by Top level gamers and AFK Vacuum Meso Farming bots, or what about Hackers vacuuming the dinosaurs and the World Bosses into an unreachable place players can not access without the clip hacking of boundaries and that bot just kill them all in an instant and loot all of it, and sell them to the Player Shop for exorbitant prices to get Meseta to market RMT out of? Yeah that is gonna be a poor look for an open world MMO. I would not mind a Pawn, such as Dragon's Dogma, which learns from you as you play together.

And the manner that the games coexist with the block-like system! Im officially hyped today, thank you pso2 devs for clearing it all up! Perhaps not the greatest fan of how there seems to be two entirely distinct body meshes for fashion, and it cannot be mixed and matched. No matter really pleased with how this is playing out. Maybe due to New Genesis's Physique Character is probably having extra details like Skin Lustre and Moving Finger animations that must not be transferred over to PSO2 base match, The only desire I had is that one day, they would patch every fashion to be mix and mash possible, like for instance, utilizing a CAST arm from NGS while another parts are PSO2 parts to keep the fingers moving etc..

Yeah it certainly has to do with basically different body rigging about the new outfits, along with not enough resources (money and time ) to upgrade rigs on current outfits. Considering everything Sega is performing in the graphics overhaul, there's no way this limitation would be set up if it had been an easy fix. And there's a quite a lot of outfits, especially on JP side. I really hope they just gradually update clothing over time especially the exclusive ones from the product codes and collabs. I would not mind if they make them into a different NGS scratch if it is going to induce them to do this. This is really nice. I do hope though that they slowly update the old PSO2 Outfits and Layered wears to allow finger movement down the road. Especially Collaboration outfits and layered wear (Half-Life, Persona, Anime Collabs, etc).

Sounds like a perfect chance for them....to sell them to you as Scratch items and call them the"GVS" versions or something. I've worked in the industry in the past and rigging up fingers isn't hard work, the matter is how many costume things would need to be altered without a financial justification. Plus giving folks completely working things with the benefits (on what's basically a brand new game) could deincentivise players purchasing the"new" stuff. Yeah. They release across the years the very same outfits (sky/night/blue/gv/b/etc.) However, with recolors and sell them as new instead of giving us the ability to recolor them openly. And then the ones that you can recolor prices buying scratch items for a color pass.

Personal speculation: PSO2 has been ported into the NGS engine to keep players occupied between NGS content releases. No new content will be published to it outside of makeup, of which will all be obtained/ported out of NGS events/scratches to have folks to perform with that. It'll be removed after a few years after all of the players have migrated over and the only individuals in the PSO2 blocks are diehards holdouts/nostalgia. Probably. It is a new game so odds are like some other Online RPG the first release won't have much about an endgame for those players that hit maximum level on buy Phantasy Star Online 2 Meseta day 1. It will be wonderful to simply switch blocks anytime I wanna hit up an older UQ though. There's never a reason not to visit magatsu.
